One of the founding members of the Home Lands Group of Companies, Mrs. Lanka Jayasinghe currently heads and overseas the operations and administration of the group which consists of over 750 staff members. Since assuming the role of Director of Operations & Administration, she has been a catalyst for the company’s growth with her strategic vision, acumen and transformative leadership whilst being an inspiration for others around. Having joined the company in 2003 as a survey draftsman, during her extended career, she has held several positions as operations manager, Assistant General Manager, Senior Assistant General Manager and General Manager role prior to assuming duties at her current position.
