Home Lands Group of Companies, the undisputed leader in Sri Lanka’s real estate & property development has clinched the prestigious Platinum Award at the recently concluded CIOB Green Awards 2024, further solidifying its commitment towards sustainability. The award-winning project was the Group’s flagship apartment and housing development, Canterbury Golf Resort Apartments & Residencies in Piliyandala. The coveted award was presented to Home Lands Group at the 12th World Construction Symposium and its awards ceremony held on 10thAugust at Taj Samudra Hotel, Colombo.
The awards event organized by the Ceylon Institute of Builders (CIOB) recognizes exceptional leadership towards sustainability in Sri Lankan construction industry. The awards are presented to individuals, organizations, products/systems that have demonstrated outstanding innovation in advancing sustainability.
