CS2 is the highest national construction grading offered by CIDA. With this obtainment, Home Lands Constructions becomes the first and only real estate company in Sri Lanka to receive the CS2 grading among just another 7 leading construction and engineering companies island wide.
The registration and grading include a screening process of the capabilities of prospective contractors, elaborating their general ability to undertake projects of different types and sizes without special reference to a particular contract. The general areas taken into consideration are financial capability, technical ability with staff and plant & machinery and the experience gained in relevant fields. The company is also ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
