Green Valley Apartments Officially Opened & Handed Over To Owners Ceremonially

The expansive residential apartment project, that has been implemented & completed successfully under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) between Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd & Ministry of Housing, Construction & Cultural Affairs, delivering 352 apartments in Athurugiriya, has been handed over to the inaugural occupants at a ceremony held recently.
