I/We hereby agreed with Home Lands Skyline (Pvt) Ltd to bind with the following conditions

I. Relevant stamp fees,Legal fees and any other fees will be paid by me/us before the execution of Deed of Transfer.

II. I / We do hereby agree to pay the amounts (mentioned above) as per the schedule and If not so, I/We agree to pay as additional surcharges of 4% p.m.for the late payments.

III. Final 10% of the sales value will be paid within 30 days from the date of notice of possession sent by the Developer.

IV. The purchaser shall comply and abide by the general Rules and Regulations of the Local Authority.

V. If the reserved house was not purchased by me /us ,company is entitled to retain a sum of Rs 1,000,000.00 out of total payment made by me/us as a non refundable deposit and the balance if any, will be paid back after the resale of the said House.

VI. The sales and purchase agreement will be signed between the parties at the time of completion of Rs. 1,000,000,00 of the total value of the House.

VII. I/We do hereby agree to pay Stamp duty/ applicable Government taxes/Registration fee if any or documentation fee of Rs. 4,500.00.
